Delete your account

You can request deletion of your TVDE Ready account and associated learning data at any time.

Request deletion

If the delete-account option is available inside the app, open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@tvdeready.com from the address used for your TVDE Ready account. Use the subject “Account deletion”.

What will be deleted

  • Your profile and account identifiers.
  • Lesson, practice, exam and progress records linked to the account.
  • Notification preferences and review history linked to the account.

We may ask you to verify account ownership. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, tax or accounting obligations.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting the TVDE Ready account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel recurring billing in your Apple or Google account before deleting the app.
