Delete specific data without closing your account

You do not need to close your TVDE Ready account to request deletion of specific data. Email privacy@tvdeready.com with the subject “Data deletion” and tell us which learning, practice or other records you want removed. For account-linked records, write from your registered email address; we verify ownership before changing data. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.

In versions that offer optional usage measurement, you can also turn it off under Settings → Privacy & Support. This stops new usage events and requests deletion of that installation's usage history without deleting your learning progress or cancelling Premium. If you are offline, the request is retried when connected.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Minimal revocation records may remain for up to 90 days to prevent delayed events from recreating deleted usage history. Financial or security records may be retained where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for the applicable retention periods.

Request deletion

If the delete-account option is available inside the app, open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@tvdeready.com from the address used for your TVDE Ready account. Use the subject “Account deletion”.

What will be deleted

• Your profile and account identifiers.
• Lesson, practice, exam and progress records linked to the account.
• Notification preferences and review history linked to the account.

We may ask you to verify account ownership. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, tax or accounting obligations.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting the TVDE Ready account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel recurring billing in your Apple or Google account before deleting the app.
