Terms of Use

1. Independent educational service

TVDE Ready provides language learning, practice questions and exam-preparation tools. It is independent and is not affiliated with, operated by or endorsed by IMT, Uber, Bolt or any training centre. TVDE Ready is not an official examination provider.

2. No guarantee of exam results

We work to provide useful and accurate learning material, but laws, official guidance and examination formats can change. Use official sources for the latest requirements. Completing lessons or simulations does not guarantee admission, licensing, employment or a passing result.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and should tell us promptly about suspected misuse.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service to break the law, harm others, bypass security or submit malicious content.
• Listening and speaking exercises must only be used when the vehicle is safely parked.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, billing periods and trial terms are shown before purchase. Mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to the store account and cancellation rules. Unless law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

5. AI-generated and changing content

Some questions, explanations or recommendations may be assisted by artificial intelligence. Automated content can occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. We may correct, replace or remove content and update features as the service improves.

6. Intellectual property

TVDE Ready, its design, software, original lessons, graphics and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own learning while your account remains in good standing.

7. Availability, suspension and liability

We aim for a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or maintain the service. To the extent permitted by law, TVDE Ready is not responsible for indirect losses, lost earnings or decisions made solely from educational content. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Ending your account and contacting us

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination may continue to apply. Questions can be sent to support@tvdeready.com.

9. Law and updates

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply where you live. We may update the terms as the service changes. If an update materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice.
